Graduates In the following disciplines should apply:

• Degree In Civil Engineering
• Degree in Construction Engineering
• Degree in Town & Urban Planning
• Degree In Quantity Surveying
• Degree in Urban Design or Architecture
• Degree in Real Estate
• Degree in Law specialising in Property or Land
• Degree in Geography, Geographical Information Systems, Geolnformatics, Remote Sensing, Environmental Science, Earth Science, or related
• BCom Financial Accounting, Project Finance, Internal Audit, Procurement, Marketing & Communications, and Human Resources
• BTech in Facilities or Property Management and Information Technology or equivalent qualifications
• B Degree In Public Administration, the Arts or related fields.
